We’re aware of an issue regarding a service disruption at some AWS Cloud Provider regions that set several web services as unavailable. While Capitual services was not affected, our partner bank is currently unavailable. For this reason, we’ve stopped the cashout queue on our side, which will be resumed once the systems are stable again. Cashouts that already have failed might be retried once AWS gets back to stable state. Cashins might be delayed while we’re unable to get them from our partner bank during the outage. We expect to be back with good news as soon as possible, once AWS cloud servers are normalized and our partner bank is able to restore their systems. We thank you for your understanding.
