We’re aware of an issue affecting Pix cash-ins (deposits). The team is now investigating the root cause. Affected transactions will be identified once the issue is fixed. More information coming soon.
UPDATE 1: An issue was identified on the core-banking service provider that is causing the issues during the cash-in identification. Cash-outs are currently not affected. The upstream provider informed that the teams are working to restore the services as soon as possible. We will be back with updates on the next minutes.
